Despite a huge thunderstorm, we had such a beautiful day with Lauren & Jason! We snuck outside every chance we got, and even caught a tiny bit of sunset (which was totally worth interrupting their dinner for!) From a great bridal party, to a gorgeous church, a super cool vintage car which carried Lauren’s grandparents on their wedding day, to one hell of a party, this wedding was so much fun!!
Those eyes! How gorgeous is she?!
We were loving the white tuxedos; what a classic look!
Who needs a limo when you can have this ride!?
Awaiting his bride 🙂
The first walk as husband & wife, looking at all of your loved ones in one room, is always one of my favorite parts of every wedding we shoot!
It rained, it poured, it didn’t stop anyone from having an amazing time!
Transit Valley Country Club was a perfect, cozy spot to warm up after playing in the rain.
Don’t let the formal suits, the fancy car or the country club setting fool you; these two were all about having fun, fun, FUN!
Lauren’s sisters, singing along to the first dances!
There’s nothing like a dance with Dad on your wedding day 🙂
The party kicked off right after the first dances & didn’t stop all night! L&J kept it going with an incredible, perhaps the best we’ve ever seen, bridal party dance! I think we can all agree that every wedding reception should have fun props to play with!
Father of the bride & Father of the groom, having a rock battle!
YES!
Even though we shot these throughout the reception (we saw the sunset through the window & ran to get L&J for photos!), I wanted to end with them here. I just adore this whole series, and really love how beautifully the love between Lauren & Jason shines through, even when we’re shooting with almost no daylight at all. They are just the best!
