Rachel & Adam’s wedding day was greeted with perfect autumn weather (a gift from above after several weeks of dark, rainy shooting days). The sun was shining and the leaves were just starting to fall, and everything was just dreamy! We kicked off their day with the girls as they were pampered at Fawn & Fox Salon, and with the boys as they hung low at the house. We had a tight timeline, and R&A did not want to see each other before the ceremony for a first look, so we opted to do separate bridal party photos in the beginning part of the day. With some creative maneuvering to keep them from running into each other, this worked out great! Afterwards, we tucked them away as the guests arrived for their gorgeous outdoor ceremony in the sunken garden of the Avanti Mansion. Their ceremony was sweet and personalized, and fit perfectly with the rest of their day. Afterwards, everyone made their way up to the party tent for a delicious meal & some fabulous dancing. They hired the Nik Lite band to keep the fun going all night, and they absolutely delivered! I loved so many moments from this day, but I think Adam’s dance with his mom might take the cake. You’ll see 🙂
