We were lucky enough to spend a sunny Saturday hanging with Eilish, AJ & their crew! We were back at The Hotel @ The Lafayette for their prep with Salon Elizabeth and celebrations in the Marquis ballrooms. (Sidebar… Many people ask me if I ever get tired of shooting there, since my office is on the first floor and I end up booking many of their weddings. The answer is NO! Every single couple is so very different, and I love seeing how they personalize the spaces and make them their own! Plus, the staff at all four banquet rooms are so wonderful to work with, and keep it fun for us, each & every time. Plus plus… the entire building is gorgeous & I love it so!)
After a fun morning of getting ready, Eilish & AJ had a stunning ceremony inside St. Joseph’s Cathedral. Buffalo is full gorgeous churches, and this one might take the cake. Afterwards, the timeline allowed for an abundance of bridal party photos (whoo hoo!) so, we headed to City Hall, Theater District, and Hoyt Lake, with a quick stop for lunch at Expo. We headed back to The Lafayette for a big, beautiful party full Disney-themed everything! AJ & Eilish even handmade all of the centerpieces themselves, including cutting down the bottles to create cute candles, and they loved getting to see it all finally come together.
Enjoy a peek into their day, including all of the fun bridal party photos, the Cindrella dress, the big laughs, the sweeping special dances, and let’s not forget the incredible sprinkle shoes! Thanks so much, AJ & E, for having us a part of your day! We LOVED being there with you!
