Once we realized the Justice of Peace was just not coming, Jess’ dad was quick on his feet & decided to do the ceremony himself. So even though they didn’t get legally married that day, it was a heart-warming & hilarious ceremony. The entire crowd was laughing along with Jay, Jess & her dad.
