I am beyond excited to be sharing images of the dynamic Maggie & Spencer, just in time for their one month anniversary! To say we had a blast with these two would be a huge understatement; they were so much fun to work with and their bridal party had us cracking up all day long. Check out their images, we know there’s a lot but really couldn’t narrow it down!
I was in love with Maggie’s simple and chic dress!
Luscious peonies from Maureen’s; perfect with her dress!
Maggie kept her bridal party simple, with her two best friends. They chose their own dresses, and had gorgeous teal statement necklaces and peonies in their hair to tie the look together. All around lovely!
Meet Mandy, two times a City Lights Studio bridesmaid, and soon to be a CLS bride!! We can’t wait to head to Mexico next year for *her* big day!
I worked closely with Maggie’s mom, Debbie, who helped plan every little detail to ensure a flawless day. Hats off to you, Debbie, as it was truly perfect! I love this moment of the two of them right after Maggie put on her gown.
STUNNING! One photo isn’t enough!
While I was with the ladies, my second photographer Michelle hung with the guys. She did a fantastic job capturing them getting prepped!
One of my favorite shots!
I love this shot of Spencer & his twin brother, Googling how to tie a bow tie haha. I can’t even tell you how many times we’ve seen the grooms do this!
Once everyone was ready, we headed over to the History Museum for a First Look in the Japanese Gardens!
I will never tire of First Look reactions! So full of love and excitement, each & every time!
Such a lovely bridal party!
I asked for their best fake laughs, and they did NOT disappoint haha. Love these ladies!
The guys were a riot as well! Here they are grabbing their official wedding selfie haha
To my friend on the right, you *rocked* these shots haha!
Those lashes! I adore this shot!!
Not many people can get away with red lips OR such a dramatic neckline but Maggie totally rocked it!! Endless beauty & so much love between these two; these shots are amongst my favorite!
After all the fun at the Japanese Gardens, we headed downtown to the Hotel Lafayette for their ceremony & reception inside the Greenhouse Room. Everything was beautiful as always! We stopped in the bridal suite for a quick cheers before heading off to capture M&S tie the knot!
The room was flawlessly decorated by the stellar team at Distinctive Occasions. We got to work with Jordan, Gina & Dawn and loved having them there to help keep the flow of the ceremony & reception running perfectly! They were great!
Such a romantic first kiss!
Those smiles! With bridal party and family photos already done, we were able to roll right into a fabulous reception, kicked off by some hilarious speeches.
The crowd was ready to cut loose, and DJ Eddie from Signature Entertainment definitely got the party started!
Some of the best advice I can give my wedding clients is to lead their reception! If you’re dancing all night, you’re guests will be too. Spencer & Maggie didn’t need to hear this; they owned the dance floor all night long!
When the DJ played the song our beautiful bride was named after, “Maggie May” by Rod Stewart, she & her dad shared another special dance. There’s so much love between these two!
Of course, we couldn’t leave without a romantic courtyard shot! Or three 🙂 Love them all!
Thank you, Maggie & Spencer, for being so much fun to work with!! We had a blast & LOVED being a part of your story 🙂 XOXO!
